Personal Branding by Juliana Damasco — Event Photography

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing Juliana Damasco’s Personal Branding event, and I left with far more than a full memory card.

As someone who likes to stay relatively private, “personal branding” has always felt a little intimidating. The idea of shaping an identity to share with the world can feel loud, curated and overwhelming. Juliana’s perspective, though, made it feel grounded, human and surprisingly accessible.

Between frames, I kept catching myself pausing to listen in (which Juliana was exceptionally kind about allowing me to do) and those quiet moments really shaped how I approached the visuals. I wanted the images to feel like being in the room: intentional yet relaxed, thoughtful but warm.

Looking around, there was a genuinely diverse room of people, all there to learn, grow their brands and connect with one another. That energy is what I set out to capture.
